    Sub Locations: Kurla,Thane,Mahape,Colaba,Nariman Point,Bandra,Santacruz,Powai Desktop Level 2 • Installation & trouble shooting of Operating Systems & applications • Antivirus configuration & troubleshooting • Domain Environment working Experience • Video Conferencing Devices Support hands on Experience • Outlook Mail messaging client's configuration and troubleshooting • Desktop peripheral (e.g. Printers & Scanners) driver's installation, configuration and Troubleshooting. • Troubleshoot and resolve end user devices incidents • Maintain and update inventory of the site and send updates to Asset Coordinator. • Assistance to central server and network team to resolve issues.
