Job Details
- Assesses student interest, aptitudes, and abilities in order to assist in academic and career planning.
Counsel students in developing a specific academic program.
Coordinates programs for students with unique goals and needs.
Serves as a resource to other academic advisors/counselors concerning students with difficulties.
Plans and implements programs to help students with academic and career decisions.
Serves as a resource to faculty and professional staff, including at regional campuses, to help interpret academic rules and regulations.
Compiles computer generated databases and statistical program evaluations.
Maintains appropriate files and records.
Performs related duties as required.
Feedback-mails/phones (communication channel)
Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query.
Responsible for Calling and tele counselling.
Must have very good convincing power
Must have experience in Tele calling
Excellent Communication skill.
Advise present or prospective customers by calling registered customers.
Follow up on customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Immediate joiners preferd
Excellent communication, interpersonal and counseling skills.
Knowledge of academic programs in area to be served.
Demonstrated ability to make sound analytical judgment and to work without close supervision.
