Company Name: Flipkart Reset (Formerly Yaantra) Job Designation / Title: Area Sales Manager Location: Kochi Department / Unit: B2R Key Responsibilities:---------- Team management- FOS & tele caller Coordinating with team to drive sales numbers for the state Visiting market along with FOS, converting potential buyers Should plan and strategize daily sales target for the team Closely working with central teams to be up to date with currently sales targets, offers and discounts if any Onboarding new set of buyers pool with a capacity of booking monthly refurb mobile phone of 500 numbers Conducting daily/weekly and monthly reviews with team to build traction in sales number Should be aware of territory and region to build retail network Monthly sales target of 3000 numbers to be met Building new onboarding of 55 to 60 buyers Travelling extensively in a month meeting all the registered buyers, gathering feedbacks on a monthly basis from retailers
