AURO is expanding operations in TAMILNADU and another part of India as well. For expansion, we require 15 Business Managers (BDM). So we select our new joiners as Management Associates and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management Viz. Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations over 6-12-18 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM): Business Associate => HR Trainer => Team Leader => Assistant Branch Head => Business Head.
