    Resource Role & Responsibilities :- Liaising with stakeholders primarily Digital Business & IT (Front end & Back end) team to understand the delivery requirement. Preparation of operations documents as per the requirements from the concerned stakeholders & releasing the same to IT team for development. Aligning vendors to ensure quality delivery. Handling queries or issues related to digital assets & co-ordination with the support team, unit team or any other stakeholders for issue resolution. Knowledge sharing with the other teams.
