Land sourcing will be the most important part of the role. The candidate should have a good idea about Coimbatores local real estate market and a network of established brokers and a land bank through which the lands will be sourced.
The candidate will be responsible for land negotiations with landlords and achieving the JV terms as required by the company.
The candidate should have expertise in legal procedures such as getting the documents vetted by lawyers, approvals from required departments etc.
Very important for the candidate to have solid experience in running residential real estate projects in Tamilnadu.
REQUIREMENTS
Any graduation
Proven experience in real estate management & development with a track record of successful project execution and business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building abilities,
Networks of land bank and established brokers in Coimbatore
Deep knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions, land use, zoning and property management.
Age up to 40
Male candidates preferred
