• Advertising vacancies by preparing JD and placing adverts in a range of media’s, including social media’s.
• Attract candidates and build relationship with candidates.
• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates by calls and emails, who may already be in work.
• Using candidate’s database to match the right candidates to the client vacancy.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, calling candidates, check candidate’s availability, managing interviews and tests and creating shortlist of candidates for the client.
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applications before submitting their details to the client.
