Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Should have thorough knowledge in end to end US Healthcare RCM process.
Should have minimum 5 years' experience in Medical billing (Payment Posting, Charge Entry, Verification ), AR, Denial Management.
Preference will be given to candidates with extensive knowledge and experience in Cash Posting/Payment Posting.
Knowledge of EOB to 835 conversion and payment posting applications.
Experience in clients like physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
