Professionally counsel students and parents, including walk-ins, ascertain requirements and provide suitable study options in India or Abroad in line with entry criteria and bench marks set by educational institutions and assist the Student to finalise the course and institution.Closely monitor and follow up with clients and close the enquiry quickly; collect documents as per check list and proceed with the registration, application/admission. Telecalling and follow up of all assigned enquiries on a daily basis, promptly respond to client queries, Assist student with test preparation for admission, mock interviews, etc (if required). Ensure proper entry of client data and updates in google docs on a daily basis. Work independently and also in Team and complete all tasks on time. Skills : Smart, pleasing personality, excellent written and verbal communication, listening, counselling, interpersonal and presentation skills. Should be confident to speaking with students and parents in a professional manner. Pro-active and highly motivated self-starter, sound knowledge about abroad education field and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be fluent in English and local language. Basic IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point presentation, Google docs and managing social media pages.
