Job Details
- The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with telesales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads.
Brief about the product and features of Unsecured Loans & Credit cards.
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through telephone.
Ability to drive Sales targets of multiple loan products PL, BL, HL, LAP & Credit Cards. Follow all leads which you generate by calling.
Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities
Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers.
Key Skills:
Prior experience as a Tele caller or similar.
Generate sales leads.
Enthusiastic to Learn.
Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
Minimum 6 month to 2 years of relevant experience.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
