GnS Leisure Travels is looking for an experienced Visa Processing Manager to join theirKochioffice.rnrnResponsibilities:rnOversee and manage the visa processing department for outbound tour packagesrnEnsure that visa applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely mannerrnMonitor and comply with current visa regulations and requirements for various countriesrnLiaise with consular offices, embassies, and other relevant authoritiesrnProvide guidance and support to customers regarding visa requirements and proceduresrnDevelop and implement procedures to streamline the visa processing processrnEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures related to visa processingrnStay current with updates and changes in visa requirements and regulationsrnrnRequirements:rnAt least 3-year's experience as a visa processing manager or similar role with a travel agencyrnIn-depth knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various countriesrnAbility to manage a team and ensure efficiency in visa processingrnStrong communication and interpersonal skillsrnAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesrnExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsrnBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldispreferred.
